Deep relaxation (thich nhat hanh)

Close your eyes.

Arms rest gently on either side

Legs relax, turning outwards.

BREATHE IN & OUT-, become aware of whole body lying down. Feel all the areas of body that are touching the floor or the bed you are lying on; heels, the backs of legs, buttocks, back, the back of hands and arms, the back of head.

Out - feel your self sink deeper and deeper into the floor, letting go of tension, letting go of worries, not holding on to anything.

ABDOMEN

IN - feel abdomen rising,

OUT - feel abdomen falling. For several breaths, notice the rise and fall of abdomen.

FEET

IN- become aware of two feet. OUT- Allow two feet to relax.

IN - Send your love to feet, OUT- smile to feet.

In & OUT- know how wonderful it is to have 2 feet. Send gratitude to 2 feet for always being there for you whenever you need them.

LEGS

IN- Become aware of R and L legs.

OUT - Allow all the cells in legs to relax.

IN - smile to your legs, OUT- send them your love. Appreciate whatever degree of strength and health is there in legs.

IN & OUT- Send them your tenderness and care. Allow them to rest, sinking gently into the floor. Release any tension you may be holding in legs.

HANDS

IN - become aware of your 2 hands lying on the floor. OUT- completely relax all the muscles in hands, releasing any tension you may be holding in them.

IN- Appreciate how wonderful it is to have two hands. OUT- send a smile of love to hands.

IN & Out- be in touch with all the things your hands allow you to do: Just enjoy the fact that you have 2 hands and allow all the cells in your hands to really rest.

ARMS

IN- become aware of two arms. OUT -Allow arms, to fully relax.

IN- send love to arms, OUT- smile to them. Send them gratitude

IN & OUT- allow arms to let go and rest completely on the floor. OUT- feel the tension leaving arms. Embrace arms with mindfulness, feel joy and ease in every part of arms.

SHOULDERS

IN- become aware of shoulders. OUT- allow any tension in shoulders to flow out into the floor.

IN - send love to shoulders, OUT- smile with gratitude to them. In & and Out- be aware that you may have allowed a lot of tension and stress to accumulate in your shoulders. With each exhalation, allow the tension to leave shoulders, feeling them relax more and more deeply. Send them tenderness and care, to be relaxed and at ease.

HEART

IN - become aware of heart. OUT- allow Heart to rest.

IN - send love to heart. OUT- smile to heart.

IN & OUT- get in touch with how wonderful it is to have a heart still beating in your chest.

IN – know that your heart also loves you. OUT- commit to live in a way that will help heart to function well. With each exhalation, feel heart relaxing more and more. Allow each cell in heart to smile with ease and joy.

Stomach

IN- become aware of stomach and intestines. OUT- allow stomach and intestines to relax.

IN - send them love and gratitude. OUT- Smile tenderly to them. IN & OUT- know how essential these organs are to health.

Give them the chance to rest deeply. Each day they digest and assimilate the food you eat, giving you energy and strength.

IN- feel stomach and intestines relaxing and releasing all tension. OUT- enjoy the fact that you have a stomach and intestines.

EYES

IN - become aware of eyes. OUT - allow eyes and the muscles around eyes to relax.

IN - smile to eyes, OUT - send them love. Allow eyes to rest and roll back into head.

IN & OUT - know how precious eyes are. Take the time to appreciate the gift of sight. Allow eyes to rest deeply. Gently raise eyebrows to help release any tension around eyes. Here you can continue to relax other areas of your body, using the same pattern as above.

Now, if there is a place in body that is sick or in pain, take this time to become aware of it and send it love.

IN- allow this area to rest, and OUT - smile to it with great tenderness and affection. Be aware that there are other parts of body that are still strong and healthy. Allow these strong parts of body to send their strength and energy to the weak or sick area. Feel the support, energy, and love of the rest of body penetrating the weak area, soothing and healing it.

IN - affirm your own capacity to heal,

OUT- let go of the worry or fear you may be holding in your body.

IN & OUT - smile with love and confidence to the area of body that is not well.

Finally, IN - become aware of the whole of body lying down. OUT- enjoy the sensation of whole body lying down, very relaxed and calm.

Smile to whole body as you breathe in, and send love and compassion to whole body as you breathe out.

Feel all the cells in whole body smiling joyfully with you. Feel gratitude for all the cells in whole body. Return the gentle rise and fall of abdomen.


To end, slowly stretch and open eyes. Take time to get up, calmly and lightly. Practice to carry the calm and mindful energy generated into next activity and throughout the day.

(1) Attitude. You either contribute or contaminate. Not matter of can or cannot. It is question of WILL. You cannot contribute synergy from constant discord and fault finding

(3) Healing Ears : listen compassionately, without judgement. Key to transformation and success of team

(4) Positive regard: To receive positive regard, we must give positive regard. We teach people how to treat us. This will raise emotional intelligence.

Conscious & subconscious

Your subconscious mind cannot originate ideas, it can only take ideas passed to it from the conscious mind and decide how to apply them. If you have an idea that your reason faculty says, "Hey, that looks good!" but it makes you uncomfortable, that's
a good sign! It's just your subconscious objecting to change.

Spiritual Healing, Forgiveness - Doreen Virtue

First, nothing needs healing. Healing does not involve adding anything but the release and elimination of those beliefs that cause the experience of illness & injury. Spiritual healing involves the shifting of ego to the awareness of true self.

If mind is distracted, borrow the mind of spiritual master. The awareness of oneness is the instrument of healing, no matter from whose mind this knowledge originates.

Forgiveness
Complete forgiveness of oneself and the world is the route to releasing any remaining ego blocks that stand between your clients and the life they truly desire. One must release judgement and feelings connected to unforgiveness. Identifying and detaching the unforgiving thoughts detach one from life draining vampire. Events of the past was a product of ego. Therefore past errors are errors in thinking which led to emotional pain ie hurt feelings and anger. Forgiveness removes the cause of painful emotion which is ego. Once you remove the cause, the effect also disappears. If difficult, forgive the person instead of the deeds.

Forgiveness doesnt depend on time but willingness to forgive.

Complexity is the ego, and is nothing more than the ego's attempt to obscure the obvious

Light bubble method
Close eyes, take deep relaxing breath and undergo meditative method
Visualise the person to forgive. Once image is clear, it indicates a window of willingness to forgive
"Now I ask you to look & feel inside that person. Notice a little spark of white light jump in their middle, like a pilot light of the furnace. Let me know if you see the glimmer of a sight or a feeling of the white light.

Now that you see the light, I like to ask you to make it grow mentally. Ask the light to grow. Are you noticing it? Good. Now would you please continue expanding the light until it fills the person completely. If you see darkness in the person, would you please ask the light to cleanse it away? When you have completely filled the person with light, have the light expand out of the person's body and extend like an aura. Do you see or feel this?
Now, would you please see if you could get a picture or feeling of yourself standing next to the other person.
Good, now,would you mind stepping into the white light emanating from the other person? Can u see yourself bathed in white light with the other person? Notice how the lights grow so bright that you can no longer see any division between the 2 of u.
Feel and see the boundaries between both of u blur & disappear. See the white light growing larger and larger like a large & loving cloud, expanding more, covering entire city, country, continent, and the entire world. Feel the love encircling the world, knowing that u & the other person are one with everyone, with the world and each other.

Corral visualisation
Imagine u r standing in a country field. A road is leading to you, a road that brings all your material, emotional and spiritual supplies. The road passess through a corral to get to you. The corral has 2 gates, one facing the road and one facing u. If both gates are open, supplies readily flow to you and your gifts to the world flow from you.

Client to breathe in slowly & deeply 3 times. Then say the followings:

Whenever we hold unforgiveness toward someone,we imprison that person in our mind where we mentally flog them with our pronouncements of guilt and blame. The image of the person we resent is "corralled" in our consciousness, and the gates to the corral slam shut like prison doors. U necessarily go into the corral along with the person u've judged,to monitor their imprisonment. So, both gates are shut, and your locked corral blocks your flow and supply.

Look inside your corral right now and see who's there. See the high price you pay for corralling them. If you are ready to forgive,, imagine the gates of your corral automaticaly opening. Visualise whoever it is in the corral walking out free, happy & forgiven. Wish them well. If it seems difficult, try forgiving the person instead of her deeds. As you forgive, feel the release, the relief and the renewed energy as your resentment lifts.

Check to make sure you are not in the corral alone out of ego judgement you hold against yourself.

Ask for Angel releasement for purified thoughts of love.
Visualise each unforgiving thought as a piece of paper that no longer served a useful purpose.
See and feel cherub circling around. Visualise handing the papers of unforgiveness to angels. See them carry those to the light, where all thoughts are purified.
The angels return, carrying gifts of purified thoughts of love.

Look for area of darkness
Visualise giant vacumn tube going into person's crown chakra and vacumming all the darkness out of body.
When person is cleaned, reverse the switch so it pushes out thick white light
Completely fill body with light and seal the crown with love.
