Tantric schools: chi, channels, light drops
Chi: Strength of body. Breathe, hold breath, guide all the way to toes. When chi is used up, then exhale. Good for longevity.
Channels: passages thru which vital energy circulates ie nerve centers,
Light drops: life essences in body, ching, inner fire
