7 ways to make a difference in difficult and demanding situation

(1) Attitude. You either contribute or contaminate. Not matter of can or cannot. It is question of WILL. You cannot contribute synergy from constant discord and fault finding

(2) Understand and communicate.

(3) Healing Ears : listen compassionately, without judgement. Key to transformation and success of team

(4) Positive regard: To receive positive regard, we must give positive regard. We teach people how to treat us. It's incongruous to get someone to respect you if you are not respectful in your attitude and your treatment of them. Ask 'what's going on for you'' not 'why did you do it'. This will raise emotional intelligence.

(5) Turning Me into We. Power of One. Be compassionate. Never use fear based, hurtful and shaming method

(6) Your Expectation. Open mind to new perception and expectation

(7) Kindness. Find a heart connecting visual to manage the heat of any intense moment. Brain research reveals that compassion lights up the frontal lobe of a person's lobe where the mind access solutions. Kindness doesnt solve problem but it allows you to find creative, peaceful and healing solutions.

(7) Garden : People in your life. Who do you surround your life with? Uplifting People? We are average of 5 people that we surround ourselves with..

Be careful of what you focus your attention on. Build emotional immunity

Say these 4 sentences. "I am sorry, Pls forgive me. Thank You. I love you"

All change comes from change of inner state, the change of vibration. Changing the Inner will change the Other.
Build up the habits of Happy People.

Wish yourself happiness for 1 min: May I be safe, May I be Happy, May I be healthy. May I live with Peace.

Conscious & subconscious

Conscious mind is verbal -work with ideas
The subconscious mind is emotional - works with feelings

So when your conscious mind intuits something, you'll get an idea, something that you can verbalize.

Your subconscious will give you a feeling about whether something is right or wrong.

The fundamental substance of the Universe is consciousness.
We are each individual expressions of consciousness.

Intuition is our connection to consciousness.What really matters is learning to pay attention to it. With practice its voice gets louder and clearer. It's worth the effort to ask and to listen. You'll be grateful you did.

Your subconscious mind cannot originate ideas, it can only take ideas passed to it from the conscious mind and decide how to apply them. If you have an idea that your reason faculty says, "Hey, that looks good!" but it makes you uncomfortable, that's
a good sign! It's just your subconscious objecting to change.
